اسمي عبدالرحمن قعيّد القحطاني. لدي أكثر من ٢٤ سنة خبرة عمل في القطاعين الخاص والعام. من الشركات والمؤسسات التي حظيت بالعمل فيها: الاتصالات السعودية، مايكروسوفت العربية، هيئة الغذاء والدواء، وهيئة المواصفات السعودية. عملت كموظف ذو أداء عالٍ، وأشرفت على فرق ذات أداء عالٍ، وقمت بأدوار مختلفة من إدارة مشاريع واستشارات. قدمت خدمات استشارية وبرامج عدة لمجموعة من الشركات مثل عزم السعودية، شركة T2، شركة علم، هيئة تقييم، وزارة العدل، شركة لين لخدمات الأعمال، وغيرها الكثير.
حاصل على شهادة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب والمعلومات من جامعة الملك سعود، وماجستير إدارة الأعمال من جامعة الفيصل. كلاهما بمرتبة الشرف الأولى ولله الحمد.
أعمل حالياً تحت مظلة شركتي (Knowledge Passion Management Consulting) وأقدم خدمات في التطوير الاستراتيجي وبناء القدرات والتوجيه التنفيذي والقيادي والمهني. أقدم برامج وورش عمل في مجال التطوير القيادي والمهني.
أحب العمل التطوعي وأعمل فيه ما استطعت. أسست مبادرة عالم المقابلات لهذا الهدف، وأقدم جلسات إرشادية للشباب حديثي التخرج عن طريق هذه المبادرة.
أحب أن أكتب في مدونتي بشكل يومي، والبعض من هذه الكتابات يرى النور في مقالات الموقع. أحب تبسيط الأفكار عبر تصاميم العروض والإنفوجرافيك، كما أهوى التصوير الفوتوغرافي وأقضي فيه ما أمكن من وقتي. كما أن عشقي لايزال لمجالات علوم الحاسب والمعلومات، والذي أصبح مجال التسلية بالنسبة لي في الوقت الحالي.

Hello! I’m Abdulrahman Quaid Alqahtani, and I’ve spent over 24 years building a diverse career across the private and public sectors. I’ve had the privilege of working with esteemed organizations like Saudi Telecom Company, Microsoft Arabia, the Saudi Food and Drug Authority, and the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO). Throughout my journey, I’ve not only excelled as a high-performing professional but also led and mentored high-achieving teams. My experience spans various roles, from project management to in-depth consulting.
I’ve had the opportunity to deliver strategic consulting services and programs to a wide array of companies, including Saudi Azm, T2 Company, Elm Company, Taqeem, Ministry of Justice, Lean Business Services Company, and many more.
Academically, I’m proud to hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Information from King Saud University and an MBA from Al Faisal University, both earned with First Class Honors.
Today, my focus is on my company, Knowledge-Passion Management Consulting. Through this venture, I provide specialized services in strategic development, capability building, and executive, leadership, and professional coaching. I also enjoy delivering impactful programs and workshops centered on leadership and professional growth.
Giving back to the community is incredibly important to me. I founded “Interview-World,” an initiative dedicated to offering guidance and mentorship to young graduates. In my free time, I love to journal daily, with some of my writings finding a home in the articles section of my website. I also enjoy distilling complex ideas into clear presentations and infographics, and I’m a keen photographer. And yes, my fascination with computer science and information continues to be a favorite pastime!
